💪 Attention students! After-school weight room sessions will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, January 7.
🕕 Morning Weight Room Hours
• Monday–Friday: 6:00–7:30 AM with Coach Luke Oliver
• Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30–7:30 AM – Female Athlete Training with Mandy Scow
🏋️ After-School Weight Room Hours
• Monday–Friday: 3:30–5:30 PM with Coach Luke Oliver
• Mondays: 3:30–5:00 PM – Open Weight Room with Mandy Scow
• Wednesdays: 3:00–4:30 PM – Open Weight Room with Mandy Scow
These opportunities are open to all middle and high school students. A great way to stay active, get stronger, and continue your athletic development!

G-E-T band members were out performing again! Mr. Hanson took a crew of middle and high school baritone and tuba players to the La Crosse Rotary Lights to perform with over 50 other low brass players for "Tuba Christmas".
