Each year, our Food Service students gain real-world experience by planning and operating a fully functioning classroom restaurant. This year’s restaurant is Midway Munch! Students develop valuable job and life skills through menu planning, budgeting, customer service, and order fulfillment, all while serving our school community through hands-on learning.

This is the final week to place your orders at Midway Munch, so be sure to grab your favorite snacks while they’re still available!
Thank you for supporting our students and their learning experience.

Mr. Krull's Entertainment and Production class worked hard the past few weeks to put on their own student-led, in-class performance. Students picked the script, casted, costumed, set lights and sound, performed, and directed the show.

Over the past three weeks, our high school Child Development students have been working hard to become trained in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED use. ❤️

Through hands-on practice and real-world scenarios, students have built the skills and confidence needed to respond in emergency situations and potentially save lives. We are proud of their dedication, focus, and commitment to learning such important life skills!

A huge shoutout to the 25+ G-E-T students who visited the Local 139 Heavy Equipment Operators school in Colma, WI!

This wasn't just a tour—our students got behind the controls to excavate and dig while learning about high-paying career paths in the trades. 🛠️

The Highlights:

Hands-On: Everyone got a turn in the cab to operate the equipment.

Career Ready: We explored awesome opportunities available right after graduation.

G-E-T Pride: Our students represented us well with great questions and focus.

Way to go, Red Hawks! 🎒➡️🏗️

The Middle School and High School Choirs performed at the WSMA Large Group Contest last week in Whitehall. At Large Group the choirs perform three unique songs and are rated by three judges on various criteria like their intonation, choral blend, and tone quality. Both groups received I ratings and the high school group even received two perfect scores!

Our Accounting and FBLA students had an incredible opportunity to visit the Milwaukee Brewers and hear from a panel of professionals working in accounting within the organization. Students gained valuable insight into a typical day on the job, the skills needed to succeed, recommended coursework, and the unique perks of working in sports accounting. To top it all off, students stayed to cheer on the Brewers as they secured a win against Tampa Bay!

This memorable experience was made possible through a generous grant from the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We are truly grateful for their support in bringing real-world learning to our students!
