The Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau School District is actively pursuing talented and caring individuals to serve as substitute teachers and substitute support staff in all buildings.
- Substitute Teachers earn $140 per full day (plus a free lunch)
- Substitute Paraprofessionals (Teacher Aides) earn $14 per hour
How do I know if I am qualified to be a substitute teacher?
- You must have or be eligible to receive a Wisconsin DPI teacher license.
- OR if you have an associate's or bachelor's degree (even if it is not a teaching license) and complete a brief training, then you will likely be eligible to apply for a license.
